Our Story

Activewear for Women Who Won't Quit

FISTPUMP started because our founder refused to let a health diagnosis slow him down. Now we're here for every woman doing the same.

Meet the Founder

Founded by a Nurse Who Refused to Give Up

Our founder is a working nurse practitioner who was diagnosed with gluten intolerance. He knows firsthand what it's like to feel your body betray you - the fatigue, the pain, and the frustration of dietary restrictions.

He also knows what it's like to fight back. To rebuild your strength. To refuse to let a diagnosis define what you're capable of.

FISTPUMP was born from that fight. It's activewear for women who understand that real strength isn't about being perfect. It's about showing up, pushing through, and lifting each other up along the way.
