Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FISTPUMP website and purchasing our products, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate colors and images, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colors.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland only. All orders are dispatched from our trusted warehouse partner in England.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout once your delivery address is entered. Rates are based on the weight and/or dimensions of your order. Our primary delivery provider is Royal Mail. For heavier or oversized parcels, an alternative courier may be selected to ensure the most efficient delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Processing: We aim to process all orders within 2 working days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 14:00 on Fridays may be processed on Saturday (our warehouse operates for half a day). If not processed on Saturday, your order will be handled on Monday.

Delivery Services:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48H - Default service. Usually delivered within 2-3 working days.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24H - Usually delivered next working day.

Packaging: Each delivery bag holds up to 4 items. To protect the quality and shape of your activewear, orders exceeding this will be shipped in additional bags at no extra cost.

Tracking: You will receive tracking details via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At FISTPUMP, we aim to reduce returns to support sustainability. However, we understand that sometimes items aren't quite the right fit.

Return, Refund & Exchange Conditions:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • We cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges beyond 30 days
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original polybag (plastic bag) and the bag's barcode intact
  • Returns are processed once the item(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse
  • Prior shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Please only return items that were ordered together - returning items from separate orders may delay your refund

Exchanges: FREE one-off request per order at no extra cost. We cannot reserve items for exchange - if the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Returns & Refunds: A flat rate of £3.99 (VAT included) will be charged and deducted from your refund to cover restocking. Return shipping is FREE and covered by us.

Refunds and exchanges are processed once your item(s) are received and pass warehouse inspection (up to 48 hours). Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account after processing.

Factory Defect or Wrong Item Received: Contact us within 14 days if you have received a defective or incorrect item(s). We cannot process these claims beyond 14 days. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund. Exchange for the same item is at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return or Exchange: Follow the instructions on our Return and Exchange Portal found in the footer of our website. A return label or instructions will be sent once your request is approved.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage cannot be returned.

6. Charity Donations

FISTPUMP donates £1 from every completed order to Coeliac UK. This donation is made on behalf of FISTPUMP and does not constitute a tax-deductible donation for customers. We reserve the right to change our charity partnership with proper notice to customers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FISTPUMP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FISTPUMP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
